I remember my husband holding out his hand as he stepped out of the shower one night - and in that hand was a tooth [a molar, no less] that had decided to detach itself from the rest of his body -  painlessly, and for no discernible reason.  A WTF moment if ever there was one.  

Oy.  Just when you think you're getting ahead, your head disintegrates.
